4T CNC machining, a subsidiary hub of Beautidom New Product Design and Manufacturing LLC, is a professional prototyping center expertise in making different kinds of machine parts by CNC machining and turning, 3D printing and RTV molding. Our CNC machining services are finished by 3-axis CNC grinding machines, 4-axis CNC grinding machines, 5-axis grinding CNC machines and 6-axis CNC grinding machines and CNC turning services. Most important of all, our size tolerances can be +/-0.005mm, our evenness tolerances can be +/-0.02mm. Besides this, with the clients’ requests to cut down the prototyping costs, we have bought 10 sets of 3D printing machines: 3 sets of SLA printing machines to print ABS, 2sets of SLS printing machines to print nylon, 2 sets of SLS printing machines to print aluminium alloy, 3 sets of SLS printing machines to print stainless steel. Most important of all, our tolerance can be controlled within 0.05-0.08mm. Despite this, as per some clients’ requests to finish the small batch orders with 100pcs, while needing higher tolerances and stronger structures, we have launched our RTV molding services. Its tolerance can be controlled within +/-0.05mm. With the help of our surface-treatment suppliers, we can offer excellent surface treament services as follows: screen pad silk printing, color coating, anodization, electroplating, laser engraving and thermal transfer printing. With good quality, competitive prices and fast lead time, our machined parts have been exported to USA, Canada, Germany, France, Australia, Finland, UK and other countries and have a good reputation among the startups, design firms, engineering firms and comprehensive firms all over the world.
